HPD Reports are one of the ways that can help you communicate transparency within your supply chain and meet green building requirements. Being able to transfer data between 3E Exchange and the HPD Builder can make reporting easier than ever while also giving you total control over your data!
Here we will walk you through the process of importing data directly from the HPD Builder. Once this information has been imported, the flexibility of your data is limitless!
Importing Data from the HPD Builder
Start by selecting the "Import Data" workflow from your Library and "HPD Builder Import."
โ
After this step, you will be prompted to login in to the HPDC Builder to make sure you have the proper authorization.ย
Once you have logged in to the HPDC Builder, you will be directed to the "Import Products from HPD Builder" page. Here you should select the desired product from the product list and select the import button.ย
Once you receive confirmation that the product was successfully imported, click on the product. This will take you to the product data page where you can see all available information about the product, including information marked as proprietary within the builder, product hazard rating, % by weight data, etc.
Once you're on the product page, you can review your product to establish the quality of your data.
If you plan on using this newly imported data to create other sustainability reports or respond to a supplier survey request, you might consider adding or editing your summary data.
This will allow you to add in HPD fields, manage supplementary files, add testing and certification results, and much more!
