Perhaps you use 3E Exchange for your own data management and reporting, or you've just imported data from the HPD Builder. Regardless, we're here to show you how to use the data already in your 3E Exchange Library to respond to supplier surveys.

When you get to the ingredient disclosure section of the survey, this is where you will have the opportunity to use the "Import Data from Existing Material" function.

First, click on the "import Data from Existing Material" button, then select "Import Data from my 3E Exchange Library".

Next, select the material from your Library that you would like to import to the survey. You can search your library or toggle between your material and product lists.

Once your data has been pulled into the survey, you will see this confirmation.

Just like that you've pulled in your own data to easily respond to a supplier survey!
