Instructions on sending supplier surveys to multiple suppliers at the same time

Need help creating and sending a supplier survey about products/materials to more than one supplier at one time? If so, you're in the right place!

The Step by Step: Creating a Supplier Survey explains how you can create and send a survey from scratch. Sending surveys in bulk will be very similar to this workflow, with a few minor changes to accommodate multiple suppliers.

On the "My Suppliers" page, you will select all of the suppliers you would like to send a survey to, then click "Create Survey".

You will then be prompted to select the type of survey you would like to create. In this case, we are creating a specified product/material survey to demonstrate how you will select multiple materials from different suppliers.

On the next page, you will need to select the products/materials you would like to survey for each of the selected Suppliers. You can also add All Suppliers' Surveys. Once you're happy with your selection, click "Done".

3E Exchange will search the Digital Product Passport Library (DPPL) to see if the data you're looking for is already publicly available. If you do see your product, click 'copy data into selected material' or 'add to library'. If you don't see your Product/ Material, click 'Continue to Survey'.

On the survey creation page, you will see a breakdown of the suppliers and the products/materials being surveyed. You will also need to select the contacts the survey is being sent to if you have multiple contacts assigned to a single supplier.

From this point, you will continue the survey creation as per the Step by Step: Creating a Supplier Survey article.

Please note that if you save your survey as a draft, it will save multiple surveys (one per supplier) that you can revisit later on. Similarly, once you receive responses from your suppliers, the responses will show up in separate records on your "My Surveys" page.
