Have you received a supplier survey request, but you know that other people in your company or supply chain are better equipped to fill out the requested information? Fear not - forwarding the survey to the correct contact is fast and easy!

Let's start at the beginning. You will first receive an email similar to the one listed below. Only one person can accept the request by clicking the link listed in the email. After that, the survey belongs to them and it cannot be accepted by anyone else.

While filling out the survey, you may find that you don't have all of the information. If this is the case, you can easily forward the survey (with all of the information you've already added) to another individual. This can be someone else within your organization or even a sub-supplier - the choice is yours!

To start this forwarding process, open up the survey. At the bottom and top of the page there should be a button that says "Forward Response to New Owner". Select either button.

This pop-up will then appear. Add in the email of the person you want to send the survey to, along with a message (optional). Once you've added the information in accordingly, select the "Forward Response" button. This will send them an email similar to the first one you received. You will be notified once they've accepted the survey.

Once they're done with the survey they can submit it to the manufacturer, forward it back to you, or forward it to someone else to add in additional information with the same process listed here.
