Need help sending surveys for more than product or material at one time? If so, you're in the right place!

On either the ‘My Products’ or ‘My Materials’ page, select the products or materials that you want to send a survey for by checking the boxes next to their names. Go to ‘Actions’, then click ‘Send Surveys on Selected items’.

Next, you can select to send surveys immediately using an existing template (one-click survey sending) or build a survey from scratch. More information on creating a survey can be found here, and on using survey templates here.

To set up one-click survey sending using a default template, go to ‘Settings’ > ‘App Settings’ > ‘Survey Settings’, and select a template from the second drop-down.

Congratulations! You can now easily send multiple surveys for selected products or materials in one simple workflow!
