Changing Payment or Subscription Information in 3E Exchange

How to add extra data, team members, API capabilities, or SCIP to your account. How to update your payment information.

If you are on a Free account and wanting to upgrade to a Pro account...

  1. Go to SUBSCRIPTION on the left toolbar:

  2. Under PRO click on UPGRADE:

  3. Select monthly or annual for your subscription payments:


If you are on a Pro account wanting to add data, seats, or other features...

  1. Go to SUBSCRIPTION on the left toolbar:

  2. Click MANAGE next to any area of the account that you are trying to make updates to. For example, if you want to add data to your account you can click here on MANAGE for your products/materials:

  3. A pop-up will appear where you can edit your record allocation or other subscription features:

  4. Your subscription price will be calculated at the bottom of the screen and you can press APPLY when you are ready. Your monthly or annual subscription charges will now be updated according to your selections. Prorated charges will be applied automatically if you upgrade between renewals.


How to update a credit card on file or cancel a subscription...

  1. Go to SUBSCRIPTION

  2. Either Click CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD or CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
