It's that time of the year and your Declare label(s) are ready to be renewed. Here's how to get started!

Your Declare labels will be accessible on your "Publications" page. To access your publications, you can navigate to "My Publications" in your left-hand navigation bar. In your publications, you can see your Declare labels, their statuses, and expiration dates.

Resubmitting with Updates

We understand that it's easy to make a mistake or need to correct your Declare label submission. Make sure you've updated your product BOM and Declare data as needed before starting the re-submission.

To correct your submission, first go to your "My Publications" area and click on the Product name of the Product you are working on.

This will then take you to the publications page for this product. You can also reach this section by opening an individual product record and navigating to the publications section within the middle "summary data toolbar". Please verify that the status of the product reads "Submitted for Publication"

Once you have verified that the record has been submitted for publication, you may then navigate back to the "my products" library, select the record, and begin editing the BOM, General information, and Declare Label Data section.

Once you have made the required edits, you can select the "Submit Declare Label" workflow button at the top of your page:

Follow the workflow until you reach the "Submit" Step:

You will need to complete the submission workflow by selecting "Submit for Approval" to properly resubmit to the Declare team.

We recommend informing the Living Future team of any changes that you’ve made when resubmitting the label with updates so that we can verify the changes took effect.

If the label has only been submitted and not yet published, this will be free to do. If it has been published, you will need to pay or request a coupon code from [email protected] to complete the re-submission of new data.

Resubmitting a Declare Label that has been Shared for Approval

After the Living Future team has reviewed your Declare submission and determined it is ready for publication, they will share it for final approval. You will receive an email from the 3E team informing you that your label is ready for review. The email will include a hyperlink bringing you to the approval page of your Declare label.

You will be able to preview your draft label from this page, allowing you to ensure all the data reported on the label is accurate. If you find that something needs to be corrected, select Resubmit With Updates at the top of the page.

3E will take you to the end of the Declare submission workflow, where you are prompted to Submit Declare Label to ILFI. Instead, select Preview.

This will take you to a preview of the Declare label with a simple BOM below it. From this page, select Edit Source Data.

This takes you to the Publications menu of the product within My Products, where you are now safe to visit and edit the BOM, General Information, or Declare Label Data sections of the label’s menu to make the necessary updates.

After those updates have been made, select the blue Submit Declare Label button from the top menu. Then you can follow the Declare submission workflow and submit the Declare label for approval as detailed in the previous section.

Renewing Your Declare Label

It's that time of the year and your Declare label(s) are ready to be renewed. Here's how to get started!

Your Declare labels will be accessible on your "Publications" page. To access your publications, you can navigate to "My Publications" in your left-hand navigation bar. In your publications, you can see your Declare labels, their statuses, and expiration dates.

When your Declare label is up for renewal in the Publications dashboard, you will see that their status is "Eligible for Renewal." Clicking on the "Eligible for Renewal" link will begin the renewal process for the Declare label. This link shows up for published Declare labels within 30 days of their expiration date. Any labels that are not within this expiration timeframe will not have the "Eligible for Renewal" status.

You can filter your list of labels to only show labels that are eligible for renewal by clicking the "Status" drop-down and selecting "Eligible for Renewal."

Selecting the "Eligible for Renewal" link on your published labels will take you to the publication view for the product. You will see a button that says "Renew Declare Label" - click on the button to start the renewal workflow.

After selecting this button and starting the workflow, you will see steps at the top of your screen. For more information on how to navigate through submission, please visit our article titled "How to Create a Declare Label Using 3E Exchange".

When you reach the end of the renewal submission you will have a "Submit for Renewal" option. This will provide you with the Declare renewal pricing where you can add a card or coupon code (provided by the Declare team in specific circumstances).

Once the Declare team has reviewed and approved your renewal, you will be notified via email.
